The Northwest and Pacific Region of the Better Business Bureau has selected Dolphins and You as a 2019 finalist for its prestigious Torch Awards.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) Torch Awards for Ethics recognize companies who display an outstanding level of ethics and integrity in all of their business dealings. These companies generate a high level of trust among their employees, customers and their communities.
The 2019 Torch Awards for Ethical Commerce nominees have been selected from applicants who entered by completing a very involved submission process.
To be considered for the award, Dolphins and You outlined its specific practices that demonstrate a high level of trust, integrity, and ethical business practices in the marketplace. Dolphins and You shared examples of working with guests after their tours to put their suggestions into action. Dolphins and You also explained how it meets the BBB’s specific guidelines for committing to advertising transparency, along with an ethical work environment.
A panel of independent judges from the business and academic communities will evaluate the nominees to choose one winner for each region in each of the following categories: Large Business, Medium Business, Small Business and Non-Profit.
