Docked at Kewalo Basin Harbor, Ariya II is a spacious, two-deck vessel featuring surround sound, a Titanic-style bow, and onboard facilities, including the bathroom.

For safety, you’ll be asked to remove your shoes before boarding. Don’t worry—we provide storage for them during your tour.

As we set sail from Kewalo Basin Harbor, your journey begins with a moment of Hawaiian tradition—honoring the ocean and inviting a safe, abundant voyage. We cruise toward Turtle Canyon in search of Hawaii’s vibrant marine life, including green sea turtles, tropical reef fish, and, if we’re lucky, spinner dolphins.

Once we arrive to our destination, our crew will begin with a snorkel briefing on how to properly use the snorkel mask, fins and life-vests.

Then it’s time to jump in the water and explore! Hawaii’s clear waters and a sunny day will produce beautiful colors, bringing the reef to life. You’ll see Hawaiian reef fish and turtles!

Enjoy Breathtaking Views of Oahu’s Coastline

After snorkeling, relax onboard and take in the breathtaking Oahu coastline views. From the wraparound bow to the spacious upper deck, you’ll have prime views of Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, and the Pacific Ocean.

Our crew will share fun facts about Hawaiian marine life, including the sea turtles, dolphins, and seasonal humpback whales that may make an appearance during your trip. Keep your eyes on the horizon—you never know what you’ll spot!

Please do not bring valuables with you.
Tours may change/cancel due to unexpected weather or other circumstances.
The tour will still operate in mild weather conditions. We will contact you if any rescheduling is necessary.
Our snack do not accommodate allergies or pre-existing medical conditions – please bring your own snack if needed.
Our boat and Trolley are NOT wheelchair accessible.
4 passengers are the minimum required to operate.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your reservation, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure time. Please note that cancellations or changes made after this period will incur a 100% cancellation fee. For added peace of mind, Trip Protection is available for purchase at the time of booking, allowing you to make changes or cancellations up to 1 hour before departure.

We just finished the first tour of today and our excursion was terrific. The crew made us feel right at home, very organized, fun and also made us all feel safe. They get in the water with you and make sure to point out turtles to you and they have a lot of knowledge. I highly recommend this tour for anyone of any age!

My wife and I went on the Turtles and You tour and had a fantastic time! Pick up/ drop off were very easy. The tour guides, Sheryl, Richard and Julia were very kind and attentive. The boat guides and crew; Captain Jerry, Luke, Aiden, and Danny were extremely professional and on top of things the entire trip. Even as a weaker swimmer they made sure I felt safe and comfortable during the tour and really made you feel like they cared. Also a very nice and relaxing boat ride after snorkeling. Fun experience and we will likely utilize one of their many other tours during our stay!

We love the whole crew on our trip!!! Our driver Cheryl was so nice and we loved her she really made us feel welcomed. Best boat crew and very accommodating. Q: Where dose the Turtle and You tour depart form?
A: The Turtles and You tour departs from Kewalo Basin Harbor, located about 10 minutes from Waikiki by car. Pickup service is available from select Waikiki locations for an additional $10 per person.

Q: How long is the Turtle snorkeling tour?
A: The full experience of the Turtles and You tour lasts approximately 2 hours, including a scenic boat ride, snorkeling time, and onboard entertainment like hula dancing.

What to Wear & Bring

Q: Do I need to be an experienced swimmer?
A: No. The tour is beginner-friendly, and life jackets and flotation devices are available. Join us for a safe and fun adventure!

Q: Will I see turtles for sure?
A: You’ll be snorkeling in the waters where Hawaiian green sea turtles are frequently seen. While sightings can’t be guaranteed since the turtles are wild animals, they are highly likely thanks to our crew’s experience and knowledge of the area. Book your snorkeling tour now!

Q: Can I touch the turtles?
A: No. Turtles are protected by law. Guests must observe them from a safe distance without touching or chasing.

Q: How deep is the water at Turtle Canyon?
A: The water is about 15 to 25 feet deep—ideal for snorkeling and observing sea turtles.

A: The Turtles and You tour runs rain or shine, so please consider this when booking during Hawaii’s rainy season. Q: Is the wheelchair accessible?
A: Unfortunately, our boats and vehicles are not wheelchair accessible at this time.
