And You Creations Tour Cancellation Policy: Everything You Need to Know Before You Book

Plans change. That is the reality of travel, and we have built our booking policies with that in mind. Here is exactly how cancellations, rescheduling, and trip protection work across all And You Creations tours.

The standard cancellation policy

All And You Creations tours include free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. If you cancel within that window, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund under the standard policy. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

What happens if you need to reschedule

Rescheduling follows the same timeline as cancellation. Requests made 48 hours or more before departure can be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability on your preferred new date. Requests made within 48 hours of departure are not eligible for rescheduling under the standard policy.

If you need to reschedule, we recommend contacting us as early as possible. Our team will do everything we can to find a date that works for your group.

What happens if the tour is canceled by us

Occasionally, tours are canceled due to weather or ocean conditions that make it unsafe to operate. In these cases, we will contact you directly as soon as the decision is made. You will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to another available date at no additional cost.

For ocean tours departing from the Waianae Coast, our captains make cancellation decisions based on real-time conditions at the departure point. Oahu’s west coast is one of the sunniest parts of the island, and cancellations due to weather are uncommon. When they do occur, we handle everything and reach out to you directly. Please do not cancel your own booking based on weather conditions in Waikiki or other parts of the island before hearing from us.

Trip protection: full flexibility for any reason

For guests who want flexibility beyond the standard 48-hour window, trip protection is available as an optional add-on at the time of booking. It costs 10% of the total booking price.

With trip protection, you can cancel or reschedule your tour for any reason up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund of your ticket price, less the cost of trip protection itself.

Trip protection is particularly useful in the following situations:

You are booking well in advance and want flexibility if your travel plans change
You are booking within 48 hours of your tour, which makes your booking final under the standard policy
Someone in your group has uncertain health or scheduling
You want the option to make a same-day decision based on how you feel or what the weather looks like

Trip protection can be added when you book your tour. When the checkbox in the Trip Protection section is selected, an additional 10% of the tour price will be added. Trip protection must be added at the time of booking.
