Hike to a Stunning 150-foot Waterfall!

A quick drive away from the city of Waikiki is the Manoa forest, well-known for its Manoa Falls hiking trail. Join us for an unforgettable hike on Oahu’s premier nature tour!

You’ll trek through the valley surrounded by Hawaii’s endemic flowers, trees, and native birds. The end of the trail leads you to Manoa Falls, a 150-foot waterfall.

The hike is a total of 1.7 miles with an elevation gain of 633ft. The trail is paved a majority of the way, then the trail terrain gets rocky and quite slipperyand when raining, this hike is considered moderate. We encourage guests who are confident in their ability to join!

Please bring any drinks you may need during the hike.
Please note conditions may change due to weather.
The tour will still operate in mild weather conditions. We will contact you if any rescheduling is necessary.
Please avoid wearing beach sandals or similar footwear. We ask that you wear sneakers or hiking shoes instead.

After a 45-minute hike, you’ll arrive at the awe-inspiring 150-foot Manoa Falls, also known as the ‘Valley of Rainbows.’ This iconic Oahu waterfall hike is a must-do for anyone visiting the island!

From Oahu’s rainforest, we take you to Tantalus Lookout for lunch. Enjoy a delicious meal with a panoramic view atop Tantalus Lookout in Puu Ualakaa State Park, overlooking the rainforest and stunning views of Oahu.

Beautiful nature hike to a waterfall. Lots of information on the plant life we saw along the way. Enjoyed a lunch in a park at the conclusion of the hike. Billy was a great guide.
